TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our operating principle is that each customer is assigned a separate support engineer. His duties include performing the following work under a contract on behalf of our organization:

  • Performing scheduled preventive services without a preliminary call (at least once a month);
  • Consulting on issues related to the operation of the application system by phone;
  • Consulting on issues related to the operation of the application system at the user’s workplace (field service);
  • Configuring the parameters of the system and application software of the user’s automated workstation;
  • Ensuring the restoration of the operability of failed software products of information systems within 2 to 24 hours.
