We have been operating since 1992. in St. Petersburg.

Over 30 years of existence, we have created a developed infrastructure both for developing new projects and for supporting them throughout the entire life cycle – from analyzing the situation in a single medical institution to warranty and post-warranty support and modernization of the deployed solution, as well as its integration into citywide projects.

During this time, we have developed and implemented a large number of software products in healthcare institutions that are dynamically developing to meet all customer needs and comply with new regulations of the Healthcare Committee, the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, the Information and Analytical Center and the International Analytical Center.

Our solutions take into account the latest achievements and experience in using modern means and methods of information technology, as well as the specifics and practice of the direct work of each individual medical institution in the city. The solutions used allow integrating a wide range of tasks solved by practical healthcare, including within the framework of the national project “Health”.

We believe that the success of implementation depends not only on the level and quality of the solutions supplied, but also on the qualification level of both the developers and technical support specialists who provide system support, and on the level of training of the users themselves (medical personnel). All specialists of the BCD group of companies have higher technical education, a number of specialists have the academic degree of “candidate of technical sciences”. The specialists of the BCD Group of Companies have extensive experience in scientific and teaching activities. We regularly conduct classes with the personnel of medical institutions, and our specialists also periodically give lectures at the Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (MAPO) and the St. Petersburg State Medical University named after I.P. Pavlov.

A classroom has been set up on the office premises for training up to 30 people at a time. Our specialists conduct classes with the personnel of the medical institution on the operation of our information system.
